Cancellation Policy

Bella Vida Beauty Embassy requires a MINIMUM OF 24 HOURS NOTICE for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. 

If you have not provided at least 24 hours notice for a change in appointment, you are required to pay for 50% of the scheduled appointment/appointments costs. 

IF NO NOTICE then no show requires 100% payment.

Our team work only by appointments. We appreciate our time and with clients no show, our effort are financially compensated with no show fee. So that staff would not losing out on income they would have received from another client on the waiting list. We reinforce to clients the importance and value of our time.
